Urban Botanic is the finest way to fragrance your bath, body and home. Originally founded in 2005 as a party plan, Urban Botanic celebrates individuality and helps customers create a lovely fragrance that portrays those unique and wonderful character traits every person possesses.After years of research and experimentation with fragrance design and the sure connection between one's personality and their favorite scents, McKenna Gordon (founder) developed a very simple, affordable system for create a signature fragrance.
Although no longer a party plan company, Urban Botanic products are still available at our retail website. By mixing and matching the wonderful Urban Botanic perfume oils, you can create a signature fragrance just for you! Add it to any of our bath and body products or use it in our fragrance warmers to scent your home.
I thought Urban Botanic closed. I'm confused!
The original Urban Botanic was a party plan company owned by Quest Group. They had Independent Fragrance Designers who purchased the product at a discount, held home parties, sold product at retail, built teams and received bonuses. That company closed in 2009.Who are you and what is your connection to the original Urban Botanic?
I am Karlene Browning. I was an independent Fragrance Designer with the original Urban Botanic. When I heard UB was closing its doors, I approached Quest Group about buying their remaining product and licensing the Urban Botanic name. This NEW Urban Botanic is the result.Do you do home parties?
No. The NEW Urban Botanic is strictly online retail, with wholesale discounts on qualifying orders. No party plan, no bonuses.Are there other fragrances for sale? Or just the ones in your regular email?
Yes, we do have other fragrances and products, other than the ones featured in the email. You can find them at the Urban Botanic website.How often can I expect to get an email?
Twice a month, I'll send out an email featuring 5 oils and 1 warmer at discounted pricing. The discount is good until the next email arrives. Will you bring back some of the favorite UB oils? Or add new ones?
That is undecided. At this point, no, I do not intend to bring back old favorites or add new fragrances. However, I reserve the right to change my mind. Is this a "while supplies last" deal or will you be restocking?
It's while supplies last. For now. Depending on how quickly certain items sell out, I may restock. That is still to be determined. I would like to sell your products? Can I do that?
Sure. Wholesale discounts are available to former UB Fragrance Designers and to those who place an order of $250 retail or higher. Once you receive your order, you may do whatever you wish with it—mark it up and sell it online, sell it from a shop or boutique, or just have it for personal use. No. There are no plans to do that.Is the Urban Botanic IP and brand for sale?
No. It belongs to me. Quest Group licensed the Urban Botanic name, logo, and identity to me. I purchased the IP address and created the new website for online sales. I also purchased all their leftover stock. Hope this helps clear up some of the confusion.
